Hi, I am Scott.
I am writing this letter to inform you about the reception's problem and improvement.
I have heard that our reception desk has some problem with lack of staff and also their work performance.
Some of the visitors are saying that our staff seem really busy and sometimes they deliver the wrong information or guidance to visitors. This may lead to a bad reputation for our organization. As you may know, reception can be regarded as the face of a company because most visitors come through our reception desk or ask for some information they need from our reception staff. So I am planning to recruit some more staff and hold staff training as a suggestion to improve our reception team.
