in developing and industrialised countries in 1980 and 1990.
There are three different charts displayed the result of comparing developed and industrialised countries share in attending education and science over a period of a 10 years starting from 1980.
According to the first bar chart, first of all, it could be seen that, average years of schooling had a gradual increase in developed countries and industrialised countries, although, developed countries experienced less average years in compare to industrialised ones.
Based on the second diagram, the number of scientists and technicians were enhanced during those years with similar pattern to the previous bar.
The provided last chart, shows information about budget which was spent on the both kind of countries from 1980 to 1990.
Ii is immediately apparent that industrialised countries experienced a sudden increase on research and development budget. On the other hand, developing countries had a gradual decrease on amount of money spending on research and development from 1980 to 1990.
