Dear Sally,
I am glad to inform you that one of the photographs I took during my recent visit to Norway has been selected to be a part of this month's city exhibition being held next Saturday in the evening at the Epic Hall.
The picture is about a group on people, all in their late forties who were enroute the toughest hike of the country. I was also doing the same hike during that time, when I met them. Though it's nearly impossible for the people of this age to climb that mountain, but they were thoroughly enthusiastic and deterministic about their hike, and it is getting reflected clearly in the picture too.
this picture has won in the category of "Passion and Pain" in this month's selection and I shall be awarded with the first price in the category which is worth over USD 1000.
I am sure you will find time to attend the event along with your family. also, let me know about your arrival schedule so that I can arrange a suitable seating arrangement for all of you.
Your truly,
Deepak
