WRITE A LETTER TO BANK MANAGER TO TELL HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION OF THE BANK AND GIVE HIM SUGGESTIONS.
Dear sir,
I am, John Morrison owned a current account in your bank for more than five years. I am displeased with the services given by your bank as I have to face many problems. Here, I would like to explain in details.
Yesterday, I visit the branch office nearby me in Sirsa city and found the situation extremely disappointed. Regarding staff member, all staff looked reluctant and did not feel duties towards their customers. Moreover, at the front desk, there was no one to resolve the customer enquiries. In addition, not only cashier was very slow at his work but also he is very annoying with the customers which led down the impression of the bank.
Therefore, I would like to suggest a few alterations in the bank so that the customer should feel delighted with your services. firstly, to appoint a public relation officer who should look after the staff and the customers, along with will maintain the goodwill with their customer. Furthermore, there must be extra servants to serve water to their visitors and this will maintain a good reputation of the bank, thus the customer would not think to transfer their account to another bank.
I hope you will take the matter seriously before it is really late.
Yours faithfully,
John Morrison
