Overall, it is clearly shown that all throughout the day, coffee is the top choice beverage than tea, and for solid items, pastries had a higher total sales compared to sandwiches.
To start with, at 7:30-10-30, coffee and pastries had the highest sales at 265 and 275, respectively. The sales of tea are only almost half of the coffee’s total sales, while sandwiches is less than a quarter of pastries total sales. Between 10:30-2:30, coffee, tea, and pastries declined its sales, whereas sandwiches increased its sales to 150 items.
From mid to late afternoon, the two beverages and sandwiches dropped again its sales, but customers still prefer coffee and pastries. In the last three hours, the most picked item is coffee at 200 and sandwiches at 110 items sold and apparently, tea and pastries had the lowest sales at 75 and 80 items, respectively.
