You have a complaint about the hotel you stayed at while attending a seminar in a foreign country. Write a letter to the seminar organiser and say
– What problem did you face there?
– Why do you want to complain about it?
– What is your suggestion for improvement in the future?
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the hotel which accommodated me during the seminar for international surgeons organized last week in Los Angeles.
As you have already known, all guests were arranged to stay at the Grand Lotus. On the second day of my 3-day stay, I called for room service to clean up my room in the morning and the staff confirmed. However, when I got back in the evening after the seminar session finished, I found that my room was still such a mess. I reported to the support staff immediately but they claimed that they had never received my call.
For a reputable hotel with a 5-star rating, I would expect everything to be perfect for guests. Therefore, my bad experience at this place is completely unacceptable, especially when I chose to pay for the VIP service package myself.
I would suggest that the hotel trains their staff more strictly and professionally so that no guests will encounter my experience in the future. Moreover, the managers of the hotel can install smart systems to note every order of customers because human staff may be absent-minded sometimes.
Yours faithfully,
Truong
