Your office building doesn’t have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter
- Explain the problem
- Suggest a solution
- Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to say my concern about car park. We have a lot of problems when we come to company with our cars, because of the lack of parking space we have to park our cars along a street or anywhere far from the main building. Cars are fined by police or stolen by theft every day, and due to this problem, we do not have enough concentration during the work time. The next problem is about time, in winter we should put or cars in some covering parking located in street no15, hence we should walk to office, so we arrive here with 15-minute delay every day.
I investigated around the company and found a big land next to our office. I think you can have a negotiation with landlord about hiring his land. It is obvious that having parking near the main building has enormous advantages for the company. The first one is about your staff’s convenience. If they have a relief, they can have high performance during the work, I mean that their efficiency will be increased. The next one is about getting to work on time. Staff start their work without delay, so they can work more time and it is good for company.
Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.
Faithfully yours,
