Your office building doesn’t have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter
- Explain the problem
- Suggest a solution
- Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear sir,
I am writing to draw your attention to a perennial and bothersome problem all staff, including me, has been facing while trying to park our cars in the vicinity of the office’s building. As you fully aware, our office does not have any parking space of its own which puts both employers and employees in trouble. Like the other, I used to park in a nearby parking lot from my first day in the office, but recently, I have experienced of stealing my car’s belongs since the car park shut down by the municipal. Despite having correspondence with city mayor, they have not taken any serious measures either to re-open the old parking or to establish the new one.
After negotiation, I, as staff’s spokesperson, decide to let you know about current condition and our request, I would like to suggest that the office can rent that space as it is currently vacant, not only wanted it benefits staff, but also your favor can boost team spirit and fuel our sense of appreciation of company. When people who are working here, understand what you have done, the work’s efficiency surely will be doubled.
