You and your family are living in rental accommodation in an English-speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture.
Write a letter to the landlord. In your letter,
1. introduce yourself
2. explain what is wrong with the furniture
3. say what action you would like the landlord to take
Dear Ms. Green,
I am rahat hussain your new tenants at your building. Currently, I have lived flat A2 in your apartments.
I am writing to complain about that, the furniture at your home is too old to use. Few items of furniture are broken especially in the dining room table. In addition to that, furniture in the living room which contains television become shaky as well. So, we left our television on the ground floor. Since we have two children who have been very naughty in their action which makes us very tensed, we are afraid that children might break our television.
I would appreciate you change the broken furniture as soon as possible. Your kind action on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your time
Yours faithfully,
rahat hussain
