Doctors in many countries concerned that people are not getting enough physical exercise. What causes this? How this can be solved?
Many doctors assert that physical exercise is no longer a part of people's life in several countries. I, however, believe that people have been engaged in many activities as compare to past due to busy life schedule, which becomes the reason of many adverse consequences for health but, there are plenty of way to resolve this matter.
Nowadays, it can be seen that people are quite involved in many problems and owing to fast paced world every individual person is trying to get achievements. Whereas, survey depicts that number of people spend their ample of time in office due to work over load that eventually is less fair for their health and social lives, along with these in third world countries mostly people does couple of jobs or complete their studies along with job due to inadequacy of money that actually demonstrate their life styles how they struggle. Moreover, rest of the children and young age people are engaged with different activities that actually stop them to do exercise for instance, excessive use of games and social media, watching movies and addicted of different gadgets.
Furthermore, in order to streamline the situation of this worrying trend government need to implement sanctions on those industries that bridges the state laws and take extra time and work from employees which impacts on their social lives. Moreover, government need to provide different parks and sports ground around the country for those who are keen to do but unavailability of place they are so far from exercise. At last, some pedagogical experts concern that physical exercise is the key to keep healthy and smart as well as spend more life relatively others.
To sum up, it is the responsibility of government to provide places to the people as well as look an eye on these issues that actually will be worthwhile for future generation to some extent.
