You recently started commuting to work by bicycle and discovered that there is a problem with bicycle parking near the building where you work.
Write a letter to the building manager and say
1– Explain the reason for using a bicycle to commute.
2– What problems have you encountered with parking?
3– What are your recommendations to solve them?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Harry martin, clerk boy working with citizen banks at Greenwich Branch. I usually commute by bicycle to my work and I have been parking my bike at your bike parking station since last two years. but unfortunately, I am facing some issues related to parking since last couple of months, this letter is with regards to same.
Reasons why I cycle a bike to my work is that Actually I live in Providence and there is no bus service from my point to the work place and I am from a lower class family and I cannot afford a car. Also, riding a bicycle keeps me fit and healthy. Everything was going well with the parking till last few months. but, due to shortage of parking, people park their cars in from of bike station and do not leave space to park bike due to which I have to ride for ten more miles to park my bike and walk for 20 minutes to reach office.
I request you to put a No parking sign board over the bicycle stands. Moreover an an extra car parking or bike stand at your backyard will probably solve my problem to a great extent.
I hope you will consider my issues seriously and take suitable actions as soon as possible.
Your's Faithfully,
Harry Martin
