The chart illustrates how to product coloured plastic paper clips in a small factory.
From the flowchart, we can clearly see that there is six steps and four main steps in the technological process. According to the chart, the first step is to put molten plastic into three different colors of moulds which are red blue and yellow. Then, the next step is quality control machine-check for strength and reject unaccepted product. Following this, the mould should be sort by hand into mixed colours and single colours. After that, a further quality control should be done and the thing they need to do is check colour mixture or singles. Finally, coloured plastic paper clips are packing and despatch.
