The process below illustrates the way how electricity is created from coal.
Overall, the diagram has nine steps, which begin by supplying raw material to generate power and finish by eliminating ash.
Firstly, the raw coal is supplied by the coal supply system into a pulverizer, which will grind the large coal to become smaller pieces. Then, crushed coal is brought to the boiler, after the waste is collected by the dust collection system into the stack, which will eliminate dust to the environment. Next, water is boiled in the burner to create the hot steam that will rotate the turbine. At the sixth stage, the spanning turbine will activate the generator, which produces the energy to substation or transformer.
In the seventh step, hot steam is condensed by the condenser and drops down to the cooling system, which just stays below the turbine, at the next stage. Finally, the ash system will collect the ash from the boiler and disposes by-product out
