There are several factors that leading to issue. Initially, the customer requires the best version of products which are not only tort-notch but also expensive and high-qualified. For example, rich people often order for supercar and for instant, they want the car must be perfect with modern engines, beautiful furniture, curve shape… Moreover, job market is becoming extremely competitive because the enterprises need the best and potential employees working for them in order to compete with those enemies. A number of measures should be taken to address the concerns. Firstly, people have to get attempt to collect the experience and knowledge constantly and especially when they are students. In addition, a career motivation can boost the work performance effectively.
