With the flourishing development of life, opinion has divided on whether or not scientific study would be implemented and managed via the governments or individual associations. Notwithstanding, the idea that banning the latter in this field is entirely against my belief.
Scientific experiments likely require an enormous amount of money, which would accounted for billions, should be under control of private companies by two main reasons. Firstly and possible reason is that they have enough money to defray expensive expenditure of studies because of their lucrative projects. A association would have several projects to prove great boons to their company and considered as back-up plans for the main strategy. Secondly and, their progress would be in process with high pace prior to omitting many administrative procedures. For example, if a team has ambition to study about new remedy for cancer, they must have the permission, which mainly prolong the time of research, from the laboratory management to the secretary of ministry of health.
Regardless of the benefits, there are bound to be those who doubt this proposal. Advocates of the former may think that there may be concerns about the quality of products produced by companies. In addition, they also support the idea that government could do researches with the observation of many experts, who follow to the manifold rules enacted by the ministry. However, the rules of ministry could circumscribe particular leaps of discoveries owing to the fact that there will comes to ideologies if there is no restriction. Moreover, individual companies possibly have several good financial packages to attract more experts to warrant the quality of their products, which also determine their success.
In conclusion, it is necessary to emphasize that the importance of individual associations is undeniable so the governments should not interfere in their business or even ban them of the field of science.
