Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to raise my concern regarding a washing machine which I bought from your store last Monday.
During the demo session, when your salesman explained to me about the digital functionality of the washing machine, it was working fine. But, when I got home and tried to turn it on then display screen was not working properly and there was an error message on the screen. Consequently, I called the salesman immediately and informed about the problem.
The first response from your team member was not convincing. Even I was surprised when the salesman responded inappropriately. However, I was very polite while talking to your staff, salesman used inappropriate language, which is not acceptable. Despite my warning, he continued with his awful behavior.
I would like you to take strict action against the culprit who misbehaved with me. I have an audio recording of the call which could be used as evidence. Moreover, request you please replace my washing machine as soon as possible. It is brand new as I have not used it yet.
I am looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Yours sincerely,
John
