you work for an international company, and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country.
Write a letter to your manger. In your letter
* explain why you want to work in the company's head office for six months
* say how your work could be done while you are away
* ask for his/her help in arranging it
I am writing this letter to express my interest in the Newyork office administrator position of our company. Having heard about the recruitment of that vacancy in the company meeting last Saturday, i was really excited and thought that it must be a great opportunity for me to contribute my skills and knowledge to the company.
The reasons that i would like to apply for the position for 6 months are i have stayed there for 4 years when i studied in my university and i also have enough skill and experience to complete the given tasks. My greatest advantage is i can go anywhere in Newyork without a map because i was used to with all of the streets when i was there. Therefore that can be really convenient for me when i travel to or go on business trips. Additionally, i have worked for this similar position for 3 years; therefore i am quite confident that i can fulfill requirements
If i have a chance to work there, i would like to recommend Mr. Ben, for my current position during my working time aboard. He is a manager in the marketing department of our company. Before working for our company, he has already had some experiences relating to office in this previous job. I guarantee that he can do that very well.
Finally, I will really precious that if you allow me to off work 3 days before beginning the work in Newyork. I intend to visit some old friends near the new office.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Thank for your time. Let me know if you have any demand!
