The given tables illustrate the information about the sale of tea and pineapples by Fairtrade in 5 European countries(France, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, and Norway) for the years 2010 and 2015. The first table gives information about the sales of tea, whereas, the second table displays data on pineapples sales. It is evident from the graph that there is an increase in tea sales from 2010 to 2015 for all countries but the sales for pineapples showed a varied trend among all the countries.
There is a vast growth of the tea sales in France from the year 2010 to 2015. It also recorded the highest sales among all other countries in 2015. Whereas, Germany, Netherlands, and Norway showed very little growth in tea sales from 2010 to 2015. While Austria’s sales showed decent growth across the 2 years recording revenue of 8 million euros in 2015.
The sales of pineapples rocketed in Austria from 2010 to 2015. It recorded a sales of 48 euros which is the highest among all the countries in 2015. France and Netherland showed a good rise in sales from 2010 to 2015 which recorded 6.5 million euros and 5 euros in 2015 respectively. While the sales for Norway and Germany showed a dip between the years 2010 and 2015.
