Greetings for the day!
I am writing this letter to you regarding the complaints that I received about the reception area of our company, and I would like to share some measures about how to address them.
Many visitors stated that the inquiry counter is always overcrowded, and as well as there is no desk to fill in the forms. Moreover, they complaint about the receptionist that only one receptionist is unable to respond promptly to their queries. Owing to this she kills their precious time.
Needless to say, the area of enquiry counter is crucial not only for visitors but also it represents the name of our company. Here, I would like to give my opinion to improve this area. If we enlarge this area and put some desk to fill the forms and place the sofa set there, then it will be helping visitors. Along with this, hiring another second receptionist is a worthwhile idea to save the time of visitors.
I hope you like my suggestion, and you would like to implement these as soon as possible to make our the reputation of the company intact.
