You visited a theatre last week with your friend. Your friend had a small accident. Write a letter to the manager of the theatre.
Explain the accident
How staff helped
How can a manager make sure nothing of this sort happens again (something like this)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the small accident that took place with my friend on 28th July at around 7 p.m. in your parking lobby.
I and my friend Ajit had decided to see an evening show at Cinemax. Ajit dropped me at the ticket counter and went to park his car. Since there was no light in the parking, he slipped off from the stairs. He was not able to walk and shouted for help from the place where he fell.
After hearing my friend for help, your staff named Manish immediately took the torch and went to see Ajit. Manish not only helped my friend by making him feel good but also helped by providing first aid kit; however, this incidence was due to lack of proper management from your side.
The theatre should be responsible to check if all the lights are working in the parking area and whether individuals are able to park their vehicles with ease. As this incidence can be risky for people visiting the theatre, I request you to assign some concerned person who ought to be responsible for working of lights in the parking lobby. The theatre should also keep some alternative device to provide lights during unavailability of electricity which will ensure that such incidence is not repeated.
Hope my suggestion will be given due consideration. I can also be reached on my cell 987654321
Your's faithfully
John Patel.
