There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.
Dear Mr. Hasani,
I am writing with regards to the recent compliant about reception sector. As you know, the first place which visitors attend is the reception area at the entrance of the company and it considered to be the start point for our customer. In fact, this area and their performance could play a critical role in visitor satisfaction.
The first and the main problem that has been arised is related to the way that staff treat to visitors. Most of the visitors compline that there is no one to answer their question and guide them. Another problem is defined by the absence of guidance sign such as map of the company.
It is clear that in order to attract more customer, we should provide a positive attitude for new visitors. As I said, reception area can be one of the most important parts of the company, as it is the first place of our company when visitors enter.
To improve the function of this sector, there are some effective suggestions. At first, our staff shold be trained how to behavior and how to treat in front of new visitors. Another things is providing some beneficial booklet and brouchors about our company, our products, introducing management team and also, a detailed map which included different parts of company.
I look forward to hearing from you and have your comments.
Yours sincerely,
Yalda Asgari.
