Write a Letter to a Tour company manager to appreciate your tour guide.
1) Give your tour details
2)What do you like about the tour guide
3) Suggest ways for the manager to appreciate the guide.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my happiness with your company's tour guide, Mr Marsh who showed us the beautiful heritage city of Surat last week.
I booked a day tour of your website. The bus was on time and the schedule of the day was given to us by the tour guide as soon as the bus started. It covered various unique places such as a science museum, the oldest city temple, the statue of unity and a rose garden. Everything was scheduled perfectly and a tour guide made it sure that we are able to explore the city conveniently.
Mr Marsh was not only knowledgable but also interactive. He has deep knowledge of the city and never shied away from expressing it to tourists. Moreover, he was cooperative, serene and jovial which made my tour enjoyable.
Since Mr Marsh was at par with my expectations, I would like you to appreciate his great performance in front of other employees in your organization. Adding to it a small gift as a gesture from my side will also make happy and wanted.
I would like to visit Surat again and go for another tour with Mr Marsh.
Thank you for the memorable trip and the best tour guide.
Your's faithfully
John Patel.
