The bar chart indicates the ratio of the world population in India, China, USA and Japan from 1950 to 2002. It also give a prediction of percentage of all in 2050. And it seems the population of India keeps increase while the population of China keeps decrease, Japan has same trend.
From the graph, the proportion of population of China ranked the first both in 1950 and 2002. However, it actually keeps decrease, dropped down slightly from 26%(1950) to 24%(2002). It is predicted that the population will continue to decrease to 19% in 2050. The population of Japan has familiar trend, which started at only 5% in 1950 and will end at around 3% in 2050. Besides, the population of India places the second one of four, and it increased from 15% in 1950 to 19% in 2002. And in prediction, it will come in the first place after 50 years, with scale of 21%. The number of people in USA occupied 10% in 1950, fell to 7% in 2002, and will stay same in 2050.
