Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing in express to sincerely apologize for the situation I met with during my vacation. I had lease a car from the management for a couple of weeks but unfortunately , it caused damage to the company property due to the accident occurred while my trip.
To be more specific, On the last day of weekday in the office on 27 August I signed a writing , with consents of the team management of leasing the vehicle of the company until 15 September. Besides, the terms and conditions of gas, any repair and cost of damage was slightly on me with written agreement.
Unluckily, when we were arriving back on the way a gigantic truck was unable to made a wide turn and ultimately hit an angle of its back upon the car. Simultaneously, I was unable to had contact with truck driver as I was in his blind spot. Although, the truck driver can see but his vision was glared by the sunshine. As a result, the collision occurred between both party. Blissfully, we got only minor injuries during the major shock but the car was tore out as well as tires were also blown at the same time. Likewise, there are many scratches on the body of the car. So, we called the police meanwhile the ambulance rushed spontaneously.
At last, the truck driver agreed that was his mistake as well as I had also made a mistake so we both partially agreed for the cause of the loss. The car was pulled away right away to the car agency for the maintenance and all the cost was incurred by the truck driver.
I feel sincere apology again for the damage of the property of the company.
Yours faithfully,
Jasmine.
