You have a spare room in your apartment that you would like to rent out to a student. Write a letter to the Student Accommodation Officer of local college and say
– Where is your apartment located?
– When will the room be available?
– What are your requirements for a student to stay there?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Sheena a resident of Scott road a walk in distance to the Fraser valley college. The purpose of my writing is to inform you to rent out vacant space at my preferred place.
Recently my Australian friend moved to her country, owing to which her part of living is vacant and needs to lease out within the students of your prestigious college. Besides, it has single bed, study desk, living area as well as fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, ample space, large backyard with an internet access and all other utilities included in the rent of $700.
Apparently, Jame will left on 25 February then a day after her departure the room is available to be used for occupancy. Furthermore, $500 of damage deposit as well as full month rent have to be submitted in advance as a security.
Lastly, he or she should be non smoker, no pet friendly, party blooper or late night comer.
yours faithfully,
Sheena.
