Dear Sir or Madam,
The purpose of this letter is to give you my suggestions about a financial report that I had left in your hotel.
I think my papers were left on the right bedside table. As my taxi had arrived early in the morning I had to go very quickly so I was in a rush. I am sure they are still being there.
The following information may be of use to you that this report is extremely important for my work because of its valuable financial information. I would also like to draw to your attention that many people depend on these vital papers as these contain details related to their salary and awards; so staff is waiting for it long time.
I would like you to send this report via mail. I would also prefer to pay for it myself. So you will not spend any many just some times. I would appreciate any information you can offer about this issue.
Thank you in advance for you kind cooperation.
Yours Sincerely,
Olga Choklia
