The given process diagram demonstrates the process of making bricks from clay in various stages and its transportation.
Overall, the process begins with digging clay by digger then using the refinement process to segregate clay in different sizes. Following that, clay is made to pass from mould to shape the clay in the right form. After that, various process such as drying and heating takes place on the semi-finished product. Finally, the bricks are packaged and transported to the destination.
Initially, the clay dug by digger transported to metal grids which in turn separates clay. This clay is then moved ahead on the roller transportation system. Subsequently, sand and water are mixed with this clay. The clay gets its shape of brick in mould with wire cutter with the system to facilitate the cutting of each brick in proper size.
This half-finished product is then transferred to the drying oven to extract out any moisture present in the clay for around 24-48 hours. Then, heating takes place in three different stages at different temperature ranges in the kiln. Following this, the brick is cooled for approximately 48-72 hours in the cooling chamber. In the end, products are packed in boxes and delivered using delivery trucks.
