You recently ordered a small item online but when it arrived it was unusable.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction on the purchase I made on your E-Commerce named Bags.com. I ordered a “Lavie” Sling bag in Yellow colour. In the product description it was mentioned that the bag is made from Leather but I received a bag which looks like made out of fake leather material and the colour is also faded.
The Order number is 24567 and Payment was made by my PayTm account.
I regret to tell you that I am completely disappointed with the product I received. I got the delivery on time but the product is not as it was descripted in your website so I am assuming the manufacturing flaw here.
I would request you to replace the Product as I did not receive the genuine product. In case the sling bag is not available in the said material I would request you to provide me a full refund for my purchase.
You can refund the cost either the original mode of payment or you can transfer the money in my bank account.
I am attaching the details of my bank account along with the Order Summary and Invoice.
I am hoping a prompt action from you in this matter!
