You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.
Task: Write a letter to the hotel making the arrangements.
1. Let them know when you will be arriving and leaving.
2. What type of rooms you would like.
3. Ask them how much the weekend will cost.
4. Also, enquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel.
Dear hotel manager,
I am wondering if there is any available room on next Saturday. also, when is the earliest check in time? we expect to arrive at the airport approximately at 9 am, so I want to avoid sitting at lobby for another couple of hours. In addition to that, I have heard your hotel offers a ride to airport. we are leaving at 10AM on Sunday. if I do not need to book a taxi, that would be convenient.
Besides that, what I am looking for is a room can enjoy the view of sea. I also prefer top floor so that there is no obstacle to see wonderful view. For room size, anything bigger than two bed rooms would be suitable for our whole family.
By the way, the website only show weekdays price. I am pretty sure there is a difference from weekdays and weekend room price. my budget is quite tight, so cost information would help me to make my plan.
if the explained room is not available, please let me know so that I can arrange another room.
Regards,
