The given figures illustrate artificial linear processes of producing cement and concrete for the purposes of construction. The cement-making process begins with limestone and clay being crushed and ends with cement being packed into bags. The product of the cement-making process is then combined with some other components to make concrete.
As can be seen in the first picture, the procedure of cement production involves some complex stages. Firstly, limestone and clay are passed through a crusher. Next, the produced powder is mixed and transferred to a rotating heater with heat resource being supplied at the end of the heater to make a raw cement materials, which are then dropped in a grinder to finally produce cement. Finally, the cement is ready to be packed and marketed for sale.
In the second picture, there are 4 types of materials compounded in the process of concrete-making. The typically mixed design proportion are 15 % of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand, and 50% of gravel. All the provided materials are finally poured in a mixer to produce concrete. The concrete is then used for constructing houses, bridges, or etc.
