Overall, the young person tent to choose career for their reasons of study, while elderly study for interest. Besides, employers show their interest on younger one, so they support them more than older one.
A glance at the chart provided reveals people who is under 26 age pay much attention to career in their study, making them to become the highest percentage in reasons for study. It was 70% higher than that of people who is studying for their interest. This trend continues in other age groups such as people who is from 26 to 39 age although the rate of people who study for interest increase slightly. However, when people get older, they change their mind which the rate of people study for interest account for 70% in the age group “over 49” in spite of same percentage in the group which people is from 40 to 49 age, with over 40%.
On the other hand, while employers do not support too much for people who has age from 30 to 39, with only 30%, the figure for people in the age group “under 26” rise to 60%, making this group continue the highest percentage in the bar chart about employers support. Moreover, in the elderly people, they has an upward trend in the amount of support they received from employers, when they is older than before.
