Overall, by the refurbishment of the museum not only more people were keen to visit but also, they satisfied with the renovations there.
Firstly, the number of visitors grew significantly from 74000 to 92000 which witnessed a one-fourth increase in comparison with the previous year. Half of the visitors were reluctant to therein before rebuilding which means 40 percent of them were dissatisfied, and about 7400 visitors absolutely not interested in the museum.
The year after that, refurbishment had a great impact on attracting people to visit there. In addition, there was a climb in the visitors’ number, the Ashdown observed a considerable jump in satisfactions. More people were excited by the reconstruction which was 75 percent. The number of dissatisfied was sharply reduced to 20 percent, while in both years 5 percent of visitors had no sense about the museum.
