With regards to undergraduates at the one university of England, which were able to talk two additional languages and german solely, there was no changes, the part remained at the same 10%. The fraction of those, who have linguistic skills of French and in general only speak english, was the smallest segment in the next 10 years of 2000, declining from 15 to 10% and from 20 to the 10%, respectively.
In contrast, the segment of pupils, which know another language, increased by 5 percent in the annum 2010; meanwhile spanish spoken undergraduates made up the biggest part of the chart, as we seen a magnification from 30 to 35% in the next decade.
