A glance at the provided process reveals the ways to manufacture brick in the industry from raw material to the completed product.
It is obvious that to become a perfect brick, clay is undergone six main steps and, most of time, the brick is processed by temperature.
At the beginning of the process, clay is dug from the ground before placed on metal gird to remove impurities that are disposed by roller. Next, the clay is shaped by using the wire cutter or the mould after mixed with sand and water.
At the three-stage, bricks are dried in drying oven for 24 hours to 48 hours. Then, they are gone through kiln process which has three minor steps. That means the bricks are heated at moderate temperature and then at high temperature, before being put in the cooling chamber for one to three days. Ultimately, the bricks are ready for delivery after being packaging.
