A friend is considering buying a house nearby, but you have decided to leave the area due to a rise in crime.
Write a letter to your friend advising them not to move into the neighbourhood. In your letter:
– Recommend that your friend not go ahead with the purchase
– Give the reasons behind your decision to leave
– Suggest possible alternative areas that you know
Dear Marry,
hope you are doing great. It's been a long time that I wanted to write you a letter, however, I was excessively busy. Harry was telling me, that you are buying a house nearby us. however, I would like you to reconsider the decision.
Recently, I get to know that, that you have put in an offer on a house in the village of cheddar, south-west England. But I would suggest you to cancel this deal with the property dealer. this area is associated with a high rise in crimes and hence is not secure anymore.
Besides, I and my family are also planning of leaving this area because of an incident that we have faced, a week ago. Two men, with covered face and a gun, just entered our house and tried to harras us. Moreover, they snatched the car key and a wallet from my hand and just ran away.
For this reason, we are planning to choose a rent house in the downtown area of Qouram shatti. I have visited this area, the society is well secured and the place is economical as well. So, I recommend this to you as well.
hope, to listen from you soon.
Best wishes,
