Likewise, the average bill per household in city A is $334, which is lower than that of city E, at $393.
In the remaining city, the figures are similar between the up-to-125kl and over-to-125kl groups. 0.75 is usage charge per 10000l in city B, compared to 0.55 and 0.48 of city C and D, respectively. However, city D has average bill per household at $321, which is higher than those of city B and C, at $234 and $312, respectively.
