The bar chart below illustrates the value of a country’s exports in many categories between 2015 and 2016, in addition to the table that draws about the percentage of each section of export’s value change in 2016 compared with 2015. Units are measured in $ billion and percentage. Overall, we can notice that in all sectors there is an increase in the money and percentage of the value of exports during 2016 except in the group of Gems and Jewelry where there is a small decrease shown (in 2016).
At the beginning, this country exported various categories in the past two years (2015 & 2016) many in which had the chance to gain more money and increase in value. The Petroleum products along with the Engineered goods made a good and advanced profit from 2015 to 2016 together with the percentage change in values (increased by 3% and by 8.5%).
However, according to the section of Gems and Jewelry there is a small decline by 5.18% where export earnings decreased by somehow $2 billion. In contrast with Agriculture products and Textiles we can see a profit of 0.81% and 15.24% which means that by year the export of this country is earning a fortune from different sectors.
In the end, this country’s export earnings is in relation with the percentage in value of years 2015 and 1016. It made a lot of profits by a year (2016 compared with 2015) with a small loss in the category of Gems and Jewelry (by 5.18%). Export Earnings gain the government many benefits and keeps its GDP high.
