The flowchart below shows the process involved in completing the work experience requirement for university students.

The flowchart indicates the process for how students complete the work experience requirement. The systerm contain six steps in all.
Firstly, students are required to choose potential workplaces from approved list so they can arrange interviews. Also, they should submit applications of their interesting places. Then they should submit application to professor if the acceptance letter is received and get approval. The third step is to arrange schedule. Students should work a minimum of 10 hours or maximum 20 hours per week.
After that, students are also required to finish Report Form weekly and submit to professor in every Friday. The last two steps are evaluation and final report. The evaluation start at final workweek. Students should participate in evaluation meeting with work supervisor. And supervisor will fill and submit form later. To complete the whole process, students should give final report in last week of spring term.
