Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to tell you that I bought a Dell Laptop from your shop the previous month. The purchase receipt number is 0456724 and the model number of the product is N304067. Unfortunately, it stopped working. First I thought, it was due to charging issue but when I plugged in the charger, even ten it didn't work. Since I work at home so, I request you to fix the issue.
As far as the problem is concerned, initially, some blue patches came out on its screen, then after some time, the whole screen became dark and black. It seems that the laptop was switch on but it's the monitor is damaged.
I work from home as a freelancer and my all work depends upon the laptop. I have to meet the deadlines of the work and the same is to be handed to clients. I am unable to complete the tasks due to this sudden problem.
It would appreciable if one of your services providers will come and repair the laptop, if possible otherwise, replace the same within three days.
Thank you for giving the matter your kind attention. ad I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Ria
