Myself is Raghav and I am living in greater kailash. I am writing here regarding the headphone that I purchased from your shop in month of November 2022. It has been only three months and left side of the speaker is not producing the sound and microphone is also malfunctioning.
I am working in an IT firm and as you know post pandemic we are following the hybrid working policy. Hence, I have to work from home for three days in a week, Thats is why headphones is an essential equipment for me, since it is working properly I am not being able to attend meetings properly some time I missed the hear important discussion and getting escalations from my manager due to this.
Here I would like you to please fix my headphone or replace it with new one. I am attaching orignal copy of bill with the letter.
Looking forward to see swift action from you.
Thanks.
Your Sincierly
Raghav
