Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know about the defective modem I bought from Asianet.
I bought a 25MB modem from your company last week. I had it tested then and there and it was working fine. When I installed it at home, my laptop was not picking up any signal. A further investigation proved that the modem is not supplying any power at all.
This is a very concerning situation as I am not able to do my work. I need a proper internet connection with sufficient bandwidth in order to submit my deliverable on time. I am not able to connect to the internet from the previous 4 days, because of which, I am facing serious backlashes from my employer.
Since I’ve done a full payment, I would need an immediate replacement of the faulty device. Also, please send someone to replace and install the new modem by tomorrow as I will not be able to make it out from my work.
I hope to hear a favorable reply as soon as possible
