The two illustrations given compare the current plan of the layout of conference center with future plan. It can be seen easily that significant changes are planned for the future.
As we look at present, it is obviously that two meeting rooms are there on the west side of the conference center and a huge hall is occurred opposite of the meeting rooms. Additionally, toilets, reception and a cafe are seen towards the south of conference center. A car park and a garden are also existed outside of the conference center and the east side of the map which is present.
Coming the future plan, the two meeting rooms will be replaced with three meeting rooms. Moreover, cafe also is shifted from the south to the north in the left up corner of the hall. A kitchen will be added into the north-east corner of the hall. As we consider the outside of the conference center, it is worth notice that garden will be enlarged and car park will be shrunk.
