<p class="MsoNormal">My name is Ahmed Karem, and I am a frequent traveller on your
Railways. I would like to inform you about the loss of my bag on one of your
trains, which is a valuable gift from my father.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On Thursday the 15<sup>th </sup>of January on train number 55
route B, heading from Cairo to Alexandria. I had a phone call which distracted
me; I probably left the bag on seat number 45C. It was a black leather bag with
a silver belt which holds my personal laptop, plus my wallet including my
credit card and valuable items. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I would be grateful, if you could help me in finding my bag
by taking the required action in such cases. I also request to contact the Railway
staff, who were on duty during that time; moreover, hanging a notice with the
bag’s description would be useful.<o:p></o:p></p>
