The cornstarch is mixed with additional water in cooking stage to perform a homogenous mixture and that blend is being cooked for 4 hours. After cooking stage, the product is fermented for 2 days. Through the fermenting stage, the organism transfer cooked cornstarch to liquid which is ethanol and the residue. The next step is separate the fermented mixture into solid by-product and liquid.
