You stayed at your friends’ house when you participated in a business seminar in Australia. You left a file with important documents in your room. Write a letter to your friend, describing the file and ask him/her to return it to you by post.
Dear Jot,
How are you? I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this to seek help for the document which I forget at your home.
First of all, I would like to thank you for letting me stay at your during my business trip. Coming to the point, I forget my business-related important in the drawer next to the bed in the room, where I was staying. There is a blue-colored clear bag in the drawer with a red tag on it. It has three different sets of 20 papers each.
In the morning, when I about to leave for the airport, I don’t know how I skipped to pick those documents from the drawer. I realized it only when I board the flight and it was too late.
I would like to request you please send it by post because it is not feasible to be physically there for collecting the documents. These documents are quite important for my company. Please send them to my personal address.
I look forward to your immediate action.
Yours Truly,
Kinu
