*A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
give contact details for when you are away :give instructions about how to care for your pet, describe other household duties*
Dear Neha,
Hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter to share with you few things about my pet and my house while I am away for a holiday with my office colleagues.
I told you that my team has achieved this month's sales target so our boss, as an incentive, has given us a paid trip to Rajasthan. While I am away, my phone and email, both will be available so you can contact me whenever you want. I shall also text you my hotel number and address once i reach there. My pet, Jinny, takes three meals a day, first at 8 am, then at 2 pm and finally at 8 pm. Its food packets are in the second drawer of my wardrobe. Please take it for a walk around 7 am and later at 6.30 pm for half an hour each.
The domestic help comes daily at 9 am. She knows her job pretty well but just supervise her while she cleans. Kitchen, you know very well so i am sure you ll manage your meals. Don't forget to lock the main gate from inside at night and keep the keys with you. Hand over the keys to the guard the next morning at 6.45 am.
Once again, please reach out to me for any guidance if needed. Thanks a lot.
Yours truly,
Navpreet
