The first table chart gives information about the overcome of a survey which sampled a cross-section of 100000 United Kingdom residents who were asked if they visited abroad and the reason for their traveled from 1994 to 1998. The next line graph reveals the change in the location where people visited over the same period.
Overall, it is crystal clear that the number of United Kingdom people traveled abroad in 1998 was always the highest number for all reason. Looking at the second chart, in 1998, Western Europe had the largest number which people visited.
First of all, the first table, there was a slightly increased in the number of people visited on holiday over the period from 15.246 in 1994 to 20,700 in 1998. The purpose of people traveled with other reasons without holiday, business and visits to friend and relatives in 1997 was higher than other years.
About the second chart, the data of the destination people visited both Western Europe, North America and other areas in 1998 was always bigger than other years. Similarly, how many United Kingdom residents traveled other areas from 1996 to 1998 was the same level, at 2500 respectively. By contrast, the number in 1995 was the lowest point, comparied with the number of other years. Nearly 25000 reached a peak in the number of people visited Western Europe .
