Dear Sir or Madam,
I have received your invitation for an interview on 16th September 2020 at 11.30 in the morning for finalizing my admission seat for an MBA degree at your prestigious college. I feel honored and fortunate to have this opportunity to showcase my skills. Unfortunately, I cannot make it at the specified time due to my work commitments.
I am currently employed at a multinational company for the last 4 years. On 16th September we have a training session from morning 10 am to evening 6 pm. This session I cannot skip as I am the one who is going to deliver this learning class to new joiners of my company. Thus, it is very important for me to be present on this day in that location.
Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience caused due to sudden change. However, if possible, please could you arrange for another day for my interview. I would be ok with any other day which is convenient for you. Meanwhile, if you could update me with the number of rounds along with the duration of each. Also, if there will be any tests for which I have to come prepared.
I am looking to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Dimple Patel
