The flow diagram illustrates the ways of how to convert raw corn into ethanol fuel.
Overall, it is clear that the whole procedure is divided into nine steps. and it takes approximately 3 days to complete the process.
At first, the raw corns are collected and stored in the storage in a cool and dry place which is then moved to the next step that is milling in which the dry corns are ground into fine flour. Post grinding, water is added to it and is cooked for 4 hours.
Later, the mixture is transited to fermentation and kept untouched for 2 days. Although the material is ready, it is furthermore segregated into two forms they are liquid and solid. Purification of the liquid and solid combustibles are done for 5 hours after the division of fuels. Now, the final products stored in the warehouse or stores, also transported whenever required.
