Your friend is coming over to stay with you. However, you will be away on vacation for a month. Write him/her a letter. In your letter: say how to get the keys to your flat, Explain how to operate the equipment in the flat, and suggest a few places of interest to visit.
Hi Georgey,
I hope you're doing well. I received your letter and I was thrilled to know that you will be staying with me for the next three months. Unfortunately, I won't be in town for a month as I am travelling to my native place.
Although I'm not at home, you can stay there as long as you want. I'll inform my apartment security guard to give you the spare key once you arrive. He'll ask you for your ID card, so carry that with you. And entering my house is not that easy, you'll need door pin number to access my house which I will text you once you reach there.
One very important information which I want to tell you is that, my air conditioner is not working. Don't worry! I have a portable cooler at home which you can use. Just remember to refill the water in the chamber whenever it gives a red alert. You can even keep the windows open and enjoy the cool breeze.
Since you are in town, why don't you visit the St. Cathedral church near to my apartment. You'll love that place! Not only because you will get some spiritual time there, but also it's Christmas season and they have the best celebration in town. So go ahead and enjoy the Christmas even if I am not around; and don't forgot to visit the snow castle. It's amazing!
I can't wait to see you and enjoy your stay alone until I get back.
Warm regards,
Sruthy
